How to Prepare

  • Bring: photo ID (passport if visiting), your form(s), glasses/contacts, vaccine record, and a medication/supplement list (exact doses).
  • Fasting: if your physical includes lipids or metabolic labs, fast 8–12 hours (water OK).
  • TB test timing: IGRA is a simple blood draw—plan 1–3 business days for results.
  • Biometric devices: BP logs or fitness tracker summaries help personalize advice.
  • Do not stop prescribed medications unless a doctor instructs you to.

Results, Forms & Documentation

  • Most routine labs: 1–2 business days (some titers 3–5).
  • We provide plain-English summaries, completed forms, and itemized English receipts for personal or corporate reimbursement.
  • If an abnormal result requires follow-up, we’ll treat or refer and update your documentation accordingly.

Safety & Boundaries

  • We follow evidence-based screening; we don’t add unnecessary tests.
  • If urgent symptoms are present (chest pain, severe shortness of breath, fainting, stroke signs), please go to the ER.
  • Some programs (e.g., specific immigration/aviation/DOT physicals) may require designated examiners—we’ll help you navigate next steps.

Pricing & Transparency

Pricing depends on exam type, required tests, and form complexity. You’ll receive a clear quote before testing.

Questions

Can you fill out my employer or school form?

Yes—please bring the exact form and requirements. If it mandates specific tests, we’ll arrange them or refer you to a designated center.

How fast can I get everything done?

The exam and blood draw are usually done the same day; most results return in 1–2 business days. We’ll submit your signed form once all required results are in.

Do I need to fast?

Only if your package includes lipids/metabolic labs—we’ll confirm when you book.

Can you provide vaccination updates or titers?

Yes. We review your record, order titers, and plan catch-up vaccines when appropriate.

Do you do sports ECGs for everyone?

No. We screen first and order an ECG only if indicated or if your form specifically requires it.
