Who It’s For
- Prediabetes/insulin resistance, metabolic syndrome, PCOS, fatty liver risk
- High triglycerides/LDL, low HDL, or elevated blood pressure
- Weight plateau despite diet/exercise, or post-travel/lifestyle reset
- Anyone wanting clear English summaries, realistic goals, and same-day starts

Visit Flow (What to Expect)
- Check-in & consult → goals, symptoms, travel/schedule reality
- Measurements → vitals, body composition, baseline photos (optional)
- Labs → fasting or non-fasting per plan (we’ll advise)
- Plan → nutrition/activity targets, meds (if appropriate), BP/step tracking
- Follow-up → English results summary, adjustments, escalation criteria
Tracking & Targets (Examples)
- Body composition re-scan every 4–8 weeks
- Lab recheck at 8–12 weeks after changes, then every 3–12 months based on risk
- Practical targets: protein g/day, fiber 25–38 g/day, steps/week, resistance 2–3×/week, alcohol & sleep goals
Fasting vs. Non-Fasting Labs
- Routine lipid/glucose checks can be non-fasting; if triglycerides are high or we’re confirming baselines, we may request an 8–12h fast (water allowed).
- Bring a list of supplements (omega-3s/niacin/biotin) and medications.
Safety & Red Flags
- Programs focus on prevention and optimization—not emergencies.
- For chest pain, severe shortness of breath, fainting, stroke signs, or very high glucose with dehydration/confusion, call 119 or go to an ER.
Pricing & Insurance Notes
- Fees vary by tier, labs chosen, and any add-ons/referrals.
- Most visitors pay upfront and use itemized English receipts for reimbursement.
- Ask for a written quote with session counts and lab panels before starting.
What to Bring
- Passport/ID and a Korean phone number (if any)
- Medication/supplement list, prior labs or health-check results
- Payment method (card/cash); insurer details if you’ll file a claim
