Questions

Do you accept foreign insurance directly?

We take payment at the clinic and provide an itemized English receipt you can submit to your insurer.

Can you refill my home-country prescription?

Often yes—if it’s clinically appropriate and available in Korea. Bring the original prescription or medication box showing the exact strength. Controlled substances and certain meds may require a specialist referral.

Do you see children?

We see adults and older teens; we coordinate with nearby pediatric clinics for younger children.

Can you provide official forms (work/school/fit-to-fly)?

Yes—within primary-care scope. Some immigration/aviation exams require designated centers; we’ll guide you if a referral is needed.

How fast are lab results?

Most routine labs return in 1–2 business days; some titers/special tests take longer—we’ll set expectations up front.
